About Production

Eclips Chemicals is a Belarusian company dynamically developing in the production of innovative liquid laundry detergents, fabric softeners, dishwashing liquids, liquid soap, sanitary and kitchen care products, and other popular household chemicals. When making products, we’ve always been focused on unique solutions and technologies.

Research Center

We have our own development laboratory with its unique product formulations, which are based on our desire to make the best quality products that are convenient for the consumer. Eclips detergents and cleaners undergo a full range of laboratory tests before entering the production phase.
Our experts carry out physical and chemical analysis of components, a complex of formulation stability studies, and test materials that will be used in the manufacture of a new type of product.

Packaging Manufacture

When producing household chemicals, Eclips operates a polymer packaging department. Our specialists have developed unique bottle molds, the ergonomics and aesthetic appearance of which is best for enjoying our products when using it.

Mixing, Filling, Packing

In one of the departments, the main production processes are mixing products according to recipes, and filling. Products are prepared in reactors according to strict regulations and under the supervision of a production engineer. After 5-6 hours of production, household chemicals get into the storage containers, and then get to the filling and packing line. Eclips has at its disposal 3 lines for filling products into polymeric packaging, which allows for timely shipment of finished products to the buyer.

Warehouse Storage

The logistics warehouse is optimized for a constant supply of raw materials for production, storage and delivery of finished products. At the moment, a warehouse automation system is being implemented using a management system (WMS). The storage conditions correspond to the properties of the products and guarantee the preservation of the quality of the goods while maintaining the required temperature regime.
